About Me.
I am a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong track record in operations and administration.
I am equipped to handle a broad range of administrative duties, including HR, finance, health and safety, and compliance. I take pride in my ability to improve operational efficiency and provide support to my clients.
I have experience in budget management, marketing, and specialised knowledge of serviced accommodation businesses, including booking management systems.
I also enjoyed exercising my creative talents through marketing and interior design/decor. My experience in event decor means I can offer you occasion design services including table-scapes and home decorating.
I spent over 4 years working in the events sector, coordinating a variety of events—from conferences and exhibitions to weddings and corporate incentives. This experience helped me develop excellent communication skills, data management skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders across different industries, including tech, retail, and private sectors.

Business Manager
As the first employee of Revere Property Investment I have been pivotal in launching the business to clients (website, marketing, processes) but also in ensuring we are compliant and are creating processes that can easily be upscaled as the business grows. This includes managing the directors and team’s calendars, setting up our CRM, producing a recruitment process (including new starter and leaver process), managing all accounting, H&S and compliance as a new business.

Beyond Venues
Operations & Bookings Manager
At Beyond Venues I took a brand concept and developed it into a competitive business. I was responsible for every aspect of running the business including the customer experience, operations, financed marketing. In my time there I took 2 small successful 3-bed holiday lets (previously only marketed via Airbnb) and was able to increase turnover by 20% and launch a larger 15-bed events venue Bellow Farm. I was also involved in the design of a 4-bed property that has been successfully launched since I left the business. I was able to secure over £240,000 worth of business in Bleaklow Farms first 12-months of business hosting family celebrations, business retreats & weddings.

Event Manager
At XSEM & Outsourced Events I was involved in supporting Senior Managers on delivering a wide range of projects and running smaller events, or aspects of larger events on my own. I was regularly responsible for creating and managing project plans to ensure all details and tasks are up to date and deadlines met. During the pandemic I was able to quickly pick up multiple virtual platforms.
